Employment: Full Time

This is a great opportunity for a person (a full-time mother perhaps) willing to work 15 hours a week and looking for 100% flexibility.

The company is a new start-up in Dubai. It has operations in the UK and South America. The role will be reporting to a Western CEO who is based in the USA and travels extensively.

There is an established office in Dubai. However, it will be possible to work from home.

Job Objective

i. Maintain a reliable and 100% accurate record of the Group financial activities
ii. Provide all legally required Financial reports for filing
iii. Maintain excellent relationships with all necessary financial institutions and government departments

Main Duties & Responsibilities

A. Finance

i. Establish with approval correct financial reporting processes
ii. Record all businesss financial transactions
iii. Report by Company and Group
iv. Provide monthly reporting on sales, profits, expenses and cash
v. Advise CEO of any financial legislation that may effect the company both positive or negative
vi. Ensure annual company reporting is met to all legal standards

B. Office Management

i. Provide local overview of the companies office space as required

C. Hours and Work Place

ii. Expected to be approximately 15 hours per week to begin with

Requirements

Requirements:

Able to work part-time, 15 hours a week
Qualified Accountant
Substantial experience to be able to take full responsibility for the accounting function
Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision
Accountable
Excellent communication skills
