Part time BDM Female Training/ Talent Counseling
AED 8,000 plus excellent commission

An established and global HR training consultancy and talent management company with 12 years experience in the region. This is an opportunity to be part of a medium sized team who pride themselves on their working environment and attention and care they give to each of their individual clients and candidates.

The primary goals of this role are to increase brand awareness in the UAE and GCC, to build and grow the business and to achieve revenue targets. This will require a customer focused approach to develop relationships with existing and potential customers whilst also increasing awareness of the services they offer. The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain processes to measure the effectiveness of business development and marketing activity. This activity will encompass a number of approaches and tools to achieve business goals e.g. attending networking events, researching and benchmarking and capturing customer feedback.

You will be expected to develop customer relationships using a ‘priority grouping’ to establish the level of activity and contact combining email, phone and personal meetings. Initially all client meeting will be with the Managing Director but then as experience levels increase you will be expected to conduct these meetings alone. A crucial part of the role will be to maintain and update the company database to provide a valuable source of information for future marketing campaigns.

As part of the PR initiatives you will also help compile a quarterly newsletter and where necessary cover and help the Relationship Manager with proposals and cover the inbound enquiries.

To apply you should have at least 2 years experience of business development & marketing in Dubai / UAE, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of social networking and IT as well as work experience in a consultancy, training and development environment would be an advantage. However it is essential that you are comfortable meeting senior decision makers and be result orientated with a highly systematic approach to everything you do. This is initially a part-time opportunity at 24 hours per week, but our client is looking for someone who can develop the role into a highly productive full time position so this is not a job for someone merely looking for pocket money.
