Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the job:

The successful applicant is responsible for creation & coordination of the partner programs - content, creation & execution supporting sales revenue through the partner community. Shall be in touch with Channel Partners (Tier 1 & Tier 2) fix targets and achieve it.

Key Objectives:

- Responsible to co-ordinate & communicate partner programs supporting the sales strategy and follow up on execution activity with sales teams & global teams.

Position Responsibilities:

- Support established key metrics with consistent reporting & basic analysis - sales and marketing related.

- Achieve set goals and targets through the channel Partners in the region.

- Consistently review the Partner wise performance and make plans to scale up performance.

- Coordinate with the PRM team for betterment of partner programs.

- Review and prioritize Partner communications within the Gulf Region on a monthly basis.

- Identify and appoint new partners to improve the business across all product categories.

- Engage, Enable & Measure the performance of such identified partners.

- Actively involve with Country Managers & Key Account Managers and sort out partner related issues.

- Prepare reports on Sales / Opportunities on a weekly basis and update the management team.

Qualifications


• Experience, Education and License

- A minimum of 7+ years experience in channels program management & sales with increasing levels of responsibility

- Experience working with various channel partner models.

- Documented track record of success.

- Experience in program creation & project management.

- Familiarity with IT & Mobility & Enterprise business in particular.

- Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage.

- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.

- Strong accounts relationship skills.

- Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision.
