Job description / Role
My client is looking for a Partner Manager Banking Sector- Sub Saharan Africa to be based in J'burg, SA. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Partner On-boarding / Renewal
Partners recruitment campaign execution
Partner Joint Marketing campaigns
Training and Solution Enablement
Delivery Enablement
Go to Market Enablement
Business Plans & Issues Escalation
Annual Planning, Strategy & Governance
Pipeline Management
Requirements
Solid Understanding of Enterprise Banking Software Sales & Sales operations
Good Alliance / Sales track record within an Enterprise Software Organisation (3+ years)
Good track record of Alliances core competencies eg Sales engagement, partner enablement , Recruitment and managing of Partners
Knowledge and existing network of key partners is a plus
Experience of working in the FSI markets with Partners would be beneficial
Degree / Graduate education
