Job description / Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing the Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a partnership programme for BetterHomes. The individual must be a strong commercial thinker with the ability to engage collaboratively with partners to identify and achieve mutually beneficial results.
Main Responsibilities
* Identifying potential partners and implementing new brand partnerships
* Input into the design of the programme to ensure that there it is a mutually beneficial return to Better Homes, partner and BH customers
* Day to day management of the programme to ensuring smooth execution of the partnership contracts
* Acting as key contact internally - ensure engagement of the branch managers and agents to drive partnership
* Identifying ways to deepen the partner relationship to maximize exposure and revenues
* First point of contact for new business opportunities involving the BH partnership marketing portfolio
* Lead or support planning and review meetings
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years experience in a partnership / media sales role
2. University degree
3. Excellent project management organizational skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be able to engage stakeholders and build relationships internally and externally
5. Demonstrated success in devising and executing marketing plans and programs for and/or involving business partners
6. Self motivated with an ability to work on independently and on own initiative
7. Excellent written and verbal English essential
