The Role


The Role

Candidate Duties Will Be: -

·Receiving the customer at the Showroom.

·To maximise sales and profitability by using professional sales techniques.

·Ability to describe the specification of the parts and accessories available.

·Inform the client with the price and prepare the calculation of payments according to the method of payment.

·Follow up the order and inform the customer with the available colors and models.

·Should be able to suggest the best suitable accessories for the vehicle.

·Advising the customer with all Service centers and spare parts Department.

·Receiving and following up the required documents as (salary certificate, Guarantor, C.ID copy, and A/C statement if required).

·Follow up with the Delivery Dept. And inform the Customer with the Delivery Date.

·To gain customer confidence in the company by ensuring professional experience.

·To record customers requirements and details accurately.

·Minimum 2+ years experience in the same field.
·Transferable residence.
·Good Communication skills (English & Arabic).
·Good negotiation skills
·Customer oriented person
·Up- to- date knowledge of parts and accessories
·Up- to- date knowledge of computerized recording procedure
·A passion for automotive parts and accessories
