Parts Advisor / Part Sales Executive - Talentpool - Al Futtaim Automotive - UAE

Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including brands including Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Hino, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Volvo Ram, Automall and Al Futtaim Auto Centre (ALAC).We are currently building our talent pool of experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Sales Executive across UAE. This vacancy is specifically looking after all the Parts sales role across all automotive brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Hino, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Volvo Ram, Automall and Al Futtaim Auto Centre (ALAC). Location varies across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, & Northern Emirates) depending on your preference and the need of the business.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Managing and achieving parts' sales targets according to the set objectives
* Developing sales volumes in the designated area
* Determining the required replacement parts according to inspections of old parts, customers' requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions
* Handling and providing prices of parts in response to telephonic enquiries
* Preparing sales orders and invoices, and delivering parts
* Receiving payments or obtaining credit authorisations
* Advising customers on substitutions or modifications of parts when identical replacements are not available
* Examining returned parts for defects, and ensuring the exchange/refund of defective parts
* Conducting an inventory control of the stock available.
Requirements
* An undergraduate or Post-Secondary Diploma in an Automobile or Electro-Mechanic Specialty.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a spare parts operations department.
* Familiarity with safety standards during work.
* Ability to speak, write and read English in order to communicate with supervisors and customers.
* PC literate - knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
* Ability to build and maintain friendly and warm relationships with customers.
* Ability to listen and understand customers' needs.
