FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently looking to recruit a Parts Centre Supervisor to be based within our Dubai team. The responsibilities of this role will include:

* Provide after-sales parts support of the required standard and achieve the parts sales target for the location.
* Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues.
* Conduct all transactions with customers pleasantly and courteously with an emphasis on customer service
* Ensure stock accuracy of parts in the location and ensure that the required parts availability is maintained through timely replenishment from Central Warehouse.
* Supervise the activities of the Parts Executive and warehouse staff and ensure prompt delivery of parts to the workshop.
* Ensure that all parts sold and issued are in serviceable condition and suitable for their intended use
* Ensure all documentation related to stock movement, both routine and exceptional, is accurately recorded within the stock control system



Suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:

*Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent

*A minimum of 3 years experience in spare parts operations, preferably at an automotive parts sales counter

*PC applications - knowledge of ERP preferred

*Needs to have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

*Have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers

*Be able to understand other people and have the ability to hear accurately and understand the unspoken or partly expressed thoughts, feelings and concerns of others.

*Has to have cross-cultural sensitivity
