Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email or any other mode
Manage customers in a professional manner with speed, accuracy and required quality.
Prepare Quotation & process order from customers in efficient & timely manner
Ensure all documents are in order and notify any discrepancy.
Arrange inbound & outbound shipments for its customers with cost effectiveness
Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines and be a good team member
Understand and follow company guidelines & procedures
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements

Preferably Technical qualification/experience to meet job requirement.
Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in similar field.
Working directly with distributors & dealers in HVAC industry will be an advantage.
Should have understanding of import/exports requirement from Free Zone.
Must be proficient in oral & written communication and be courteous & skillful in working with customers.
Applicants should be well versed with standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong Excel knowledge is a must.
Should be able to Multitask and maintains a high level of accuracy.
