Al-Futtaim Honda, part of the Automotive Division of Al-Futtaim Group, is the sole distributor for Honda vehicles, pre-owned cars, motorcycles, marine engines, power products and parts. Recognized as one of the largest independent Honda distribution companies in the world.

Al-Futtaim Honda is supported by a network of 10 modern showrooms and 11 aftersales facilities located across the UAE. The flagship Honda Dubai Festival City showroom was officially confirmed by Honda as the largest Honda showroom in the world.

We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Executive to join our Honda Parts Team in Dubai. The main function is to support branches/location for all inbound and outbound transactions and to provide accurate MIS reports as required.

The main responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

OBTAIN/RECEIVE AND PROCESS ELECTRONIC INVOICE DATA: Obtaining, transferring and compiling the Principals/vendors invoices data, electronically into our system and processing these Data into SAP on-line system to create inbound documentation i.e. shipping notifications.

PURCHASE ORDER AMENDMENTS: Analyzing the purchase contracts received from the Principals/vendors and suitably amending the respective SAP Documents, and other Purchase order amendments.

CREATE INBOUND DELIVERIES DYNAMICALLY: Creating Inbound Deliveries (Shipping Notifications) for all AF Honda parts sites including for the Bulk site in a precise manner so that 'Goods in Transit' information is available in system in time and for preparing and generating consignment checking documentation on the physical arrival of goods in the warehouse.

UPDATE PURCHASE ORDER PRICES:Accurate prices on the Invoice are updated onto the purchasing documents.

GOODS RECEIPT: Timely generating and printing consignment/shipment checking documents and carrying out error free Goods Receipt at the correct FOB price and added planned delivery costs like freight, customs duty, insurance etc., thus arriving at the right Moving Average Price of the articles, to reflect accurate Gross Margin.

INVOICE VERIFICATION: Carrying out the Logistics Invoice Verification of each Principal's and vendors' Invoice in SAP to ensure timely and accurate payment to Principals/vendors/ suppliers. Making invoice verification more dynamic by ensuring that all costs for each article have gone correctly to it.

COURIER AND URGENT RECEIPTS: Receiving the material and Parts delivered by couriers and having them dispatched to respective sites on priority.

RECORD KEEPING: Keeping documented filed record of Principals/vendors invoices for audit purpose and for reference at a later stage.

MASTER DATA MAINTENANCE: Efficiently handling the Creation of articles, pricing and petty cash etc. during the leave absence of concerned Parts Executives

Additional responsibilities which will be given when the need arises:

* Master creation of spare parts for various vendors under specific material groups with accurate updation of purchase prices.
* Fixing general pricing & approved special prices for spare parts.
* Update approved discounts for customer or Part

Requirements

Specifically, qualified candidates should possess the following experience, skills and competencies:

* Graduate in any discipline or similar qualification
* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory/pricing/inbound team in Automotive Parts Department
* Excellent knowledge of ERP system like SAP
* Possess general personal skills like analytical, organizing and communication.
* Specialized in Management reporting, Reports Preparation and knowledge of Automobile parts business
* Must have good communication and leadership skills, multi-tasked and highly motivated to work
