The RoleThe RoleTo manage the location inventory within acceptable standards and be able to handle customers at all levels. To identify new business opportunities To maintain customer service standards and parts processes that meets the principal and company's requirements. To ensure effective stock control and warehouse management through design and implementation of key operating controls and maintenance of records of stock movements. To monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the spare parts market (e.g Seasonal parts ordering) To regularly review parts accessory displays to reflect sales trends and opportunities maintaining information flies and processing paperwork Submitting bids and RFQs to prospective customers Training parts staffs on principals ordering system |
RequirementsRequirementsProficiency in Microcat and MS Office Experience with Ford/Hyundai ordering systems is preferable Leadership and interpersonal skills Fluent in English 5 years experience in a similar role within automotive industry Graduated in a related field is preferred |
