Location: Riyadh
Position Function
• Manage Parts Department for Riyadh Branch and Satellite Branches in Riyadh Area

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Riyadh Region Branches with all their requirement to satisfy customer and keep the company standard.
• Prepare the Budget for Branches in Riyadh Region
• Daily parts sales activities for Satellite Branches in Riyadh Area
• Profitability
• Communicating major issues to NPD
• Conducting random inventory at all branches
• Monitoring individual performance of each employee for future promotions
• Inventory Management
• Monitoring Department activities
• Customer Handling and satisfying
• Managing Department expenses
• Communicating Internal and External information to branches
• Coordinating with all branches Supervisors for better performance and profitability
• Following up with Hotline orders
• Doing additional jobs required by the Branch Manager, General Manager and National Parts Director

Job Dimensions
• Immediate Reporting Authority: Branch Manager in Riyadh
• Positions Report Directly to you: All supervisors and All Parts employee in the Riyadh Region

Communication & Working Relation
Internal Relationship
• GM-BM – Departments Head Riyadh, NPD, Parts Supervisor, All Parts Staff in Riyadh Region
External Relationship
• (Any outside Organization/Agency/Supplier with whom job holder needs to communicate) With all Fleet customers Dealers, Ministries & Royal Garage

Decision Making Authority/Job Latitude
• Employee calculating and Recommendation Job performance, Create and Manage Effective Plan, Holding Total Authorities of Parts Department in Riyadh Region

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of a wide range of activities
• More than eight (8) years of experience
