Al-Futtaim Auto and Machinery Company, (Famco) is a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, one of the largest privately owned business houses in the lower Gulf. Location: Dubai

Thisposition is based in Dubai, reporting to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the spare parts operating functions in all the FAMCO facilities in the UAE, including retail sales across the counters, parts supply to the workshops, warehousing and distribution.

JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES / CONTENTS:

* Direct the parts sales functions of all the FAMCO locations in the UAE, so that the parts sales targets are achieved.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service at the counter, thereby attaining the desired level of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure stock-accuracy of parts in all locations and ensure that the required parts availability is maintained in all locations through timely replenishment from Central Warehouse.
* Monitor the sales processes to ensure that document control, invoicing, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are carried out as per the standard operating procedure.
* Manage the warehousing system in the Central Warehouse and warehouses at Parts Sales Centres, ensuring that that sound practices are followed in the handling and storage of goods.
* Oversee the distribution of parts between locations and to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
* Direct activities of associates and cleaning contractors, so that the cleanliness, up-keep and point of sale merchandising meet the company standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

* You need to have at least 10 years' experience in parts, preferably as a location In-charge.
* You should have a university degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in engineering.
