Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

- To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centers throughout the UAE.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing sales orders, invoices and delivering parts.
- Identifying part number through Hino EPC.
- Reporting lost sales & recommendation for future requirement.
- To maintain warehouse as per 5S & 7S storage techniques.
- Conducting inventory of thestock.
To follow kaizen principals in warehouse
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience within spare parts operations.
* Familiarity with safety standards during work for people, machines and material.
* Ability to speak, write and read English to deal with supervisors and customers.
* PC literate; knowledge of SAP preferred.
* You will be undergraduate or holding high school certificate.
* Pre-University/diploma, and/or
* 2-3 years related experience.
