The primary role and responsibility of the selected candidate will include the following * Attend to customers at the Parts Sales Counter and also lead a team of Parts Sales Representatives to provide parts support of the required standard for all the brands represented by the company. * Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues. * Ensure that all parts sold and issued are in serviceable condition and suitable for their intended use * Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date. * Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are performed as per the standard operating procedure. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe selected candidate for this role will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes * At least 7 years experience in parts, preferably in sales from parts counter. * Flexibility to handle multiple brands and cater to customers belonging to a diverse range of industries and commercial undertakings. * Ability to adapt to and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups. * Ability to coach the members of the team in good work practices * Willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customer without hindering the Company's interest and policies. |
