Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the United Arab Emirates, and leads the rapid development of the country's automotive business, while continuing to contribute to Hino trucks and Toyota material handling equipment worldwide growth.To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, Al Futtaim Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centers throughout the UAE.We are currently looking to recruit a Parts Sales Representative to be responsible for all sales activities in Al Ain. The job holder will manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

The responsibilities of this role will include the following:

* Receive customers' inquiry and identify the correct part numbers using Parts Catalog / Microfiche / Electronic Parts Catalog EPC based on customer requirement. Check availability of required parts, prepare quotation where required based on the guidelines provided and negotiate prices. Conduct all transactions with customers pleasantly and courteously with an emphasis on customer service. Work within agreed discount structure and customer terms including the sensitive areas of credit. Seek ways to increase parts and workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.
* Ensure that all parts sold and issued are in serviceable condition and suitable for their intended use.  Ensure all documentation relating to stock movements, both routine and exceptional, is accurately recorded within stock control system.
* In case of non-availability of parts, prepare special orders to PDC / branches, follow up for the timely receipt and arrange for delivery to the customers.
* In case of goods return by customers, process sales return as per guidelines provided, check and ensure that parts returned are in good condition and forward the same to supervisor for approval.
* Maintain Cordial and harmonious relationship in all dealings with the customers for protecting company's interest and increasing sales.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 

* A Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
* At least 3 years experience as parts sales representative in automotive spare parts industry.
* Ability to identify parts from parts catalogues, microfiches and EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) to meet customer requirement
* A good understanding of vehicle make-up to enable related and additional parts required to be advised to customers
* Ability to gain competence in the stock control systems used
* Ability to maintain best practice in parts handling methods
* Capabilities to demonstrate a professional service to customers
