We are the sole distributor for all Honda products in the UAE and our nationwide network of showrooms cover the country to enable everybody to experience and enjoy the Honda range of products easily and conveniently.We are currently seeking for a Parts Supervisor to join our Honda team in Sharjah. The key accountabilities of this role are: * To develop, implement and assess Kaizen suggestion scheme in Parts Department all over UAE * To implement and monitor Honda 5S & 7S storage techniques in warehouse activities in Parts Department all over UAE * To improve and enhance various incoming and outgoing process in Parts Department all over UAE * To implement Inventory Management tool Syncron, bar coding system, and dealer online ordering system * To act as Business SAP Helpdesk. * To train, prepare and guide new joiners of the department on the technology used and update existing users of new facilities used. * To prepare and submit business reports as required by Honda. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successfully considered for the above position, candidates will possess the following attributes: * You should hold Commerce or Accounting degree or similar qualification. * You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Parts department having exposure to warehouse, procurement and distribution with any authorized automotive dealer. * You should have a minimum of 3 years experience working at a managerial level. * You should be have an excellent computer skills coupled with knowledge of ERP package especially SAP, warehousing, distribution, Kaizen principle, well versed in Honda 5S & 7S technique. |
