Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.

Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including; Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.
Al Futtaim's Automotive Division have formed a new division under it's umbrella, ALAC, this will incorporate the tyres and batteries division, workshop equipment division and body shop division. This new service division will be one of a kind in the UAE offering end to end solutions for commercial and retail customers alike. We are currently seeking a Parts Supervisor to join our ALAC business in Afghanistan. The key responsibilities of this role will include:

* Employ means of marketing to increase the revenue and profit of respective Parts Department. It is the responsibility of the Parts Supervisor to update the other dealers regarding new parts/accessories as well as campaigns and monitoring of changes in the price.
* Maintain high level of motivation and morale in the team and ensure development of the staff, to achieve high level of employee satisfaction and thereby high productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Provide job related assistance and advice from time-to-time.  Ensures he is updated on policies and systems and provides on-the-job training to the co-workers voluntarily.
* Ensures that Parts area is well managed and operates smoothly for high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.  Depute for Service Manager/Parts Manager in his absence for continuity of Parts operations.
* Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction for customer retention and business development.
* Ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals and negotiations.
* Ensure that Toyota minimum standards are maintained at all times.
* Develop marketing ideas through awareness of Parts & Service market situation.

Requirements

Suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:

*Graduate in any discipline, preferably technical

*5-8 years in spare parts operations

*At least 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity

*Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
