We are currently building our talent pool of experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor across UAE. This vacancy is specifically looking after all the Parts Supervisor role across all automotive brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Hino, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Volvo Ram, Automall and Al Futtaim Auto Centre (ALAC). Location varies across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, & Northern Emirates) depending on your preference and the need of the business.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

* To maximize overall Net Profit by exceeding Budget, Sales and Gross Margin in his area of responsibility.
* Take care of transport documentations and liaison with various government and non government department
* To arrange shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of product
* To expedite transport arrangements and maintains current information on tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
* To generate all required transport documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed
* To coordinate shipments from origin until final destination
* Setting up appropriate commercial terms to major customers including discounts, payment terms etc.

Requirements

To be successfully considered for the above position, candidates must have the following attributes, skills & knowledge:

* Must have an automotive or engineering or marketing degree or similar qualification.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Parts department having exposure to Bulk sales, imports, warehouse, procurement and distribution with any authorized automotive dealer.
* Must have experienced in building and maintaining business relationships with Bulk buyers / Dealers
* Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working at a managerial level.
* Must have good knowledge of warehousing & distribution
* Must be well versed with Honda 5S & 7S technique
* Must have good knowledge of Kaizen
* Must have good computer skills coupled with knowledge of ERP package especially SAP
