The Role

Our client, a well established conglomerate here in Dubai is looking to recruit a Passenger Services Supervisor to manage a team in providing a customer focused services. The candidate will be a UAE National with a strong background in customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Lead a team to provide a world class customer focused services;
*Investigate and report incidents and service delays, providing appropriate reports and recommend corrective actions;
*Act as the key training resource;
*Enforce safety rules and regulations and carry out necessary procedures when dealing with customers
*Ensure that matters are handled tactfully and sensitively as appropriate and strictly follow the guidelines, rules and procedures of the organisation;
*Ensure all possible assistance to customers
*Perform operational and emergency duties when required

Requirements

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

*2 years experience in leading a team in providing services;
*Experience working as a front line staff in a customer oriented and customer focused environment;
*Holder of a valid driving license with good driving skills and experience;
*A mature, proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem solving capability;
*Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organisation;
*Good communication skills
*Multi tasking ability
*Work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
*Male UAE National preferred

Salary: negotiable depending on experience
