Job description / Role
My client requires an experienced Pastry chef to become a brand champion and help with marketing specialty ingredients for the bakery, pastry dough, ready mixes; contacting mainly end users, covering the territory of UAE.
• Overview current Bakery /Pastry brands
• Develop new and strengthen existing Customer base
• Active participation required during Demos
• Strong and dedicated Team Leader
• Training Sales staff on new products
• Work closely with Principal suppliers to achieve results
• Performance based and self motivated individual
• Ability to prepare and update Manuals
• Meet targets and forecast opportunities for quarterly and annual projections.
• Successful solution sales experience.
• Dynamic personality with ability and willingness to achieve goals.
• Strong negotiation skills.
