Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is seeking a French national Pastry Chef to join the team in the central production unit for their restaurants in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Group Executive Chef & leading a team of 15 you will be responsible for the daily production of all pastry items for the retail outlets, creating new dishes, menu costings, recipe training & HACCP.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a French national who gained his pastry qualifications in France and has a minimum of 5 years experience in high end pastry kitchens in France. International experience is valuable as is working in a CPU environment.
