Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Heading up the pastry brigade, you will report to the Executive Chef & Restaurant General Manager. Leading a small team, you will be creative & innovative in your menu development & training skills.

Requirements

With a minimum of three years experience as Pastry Sous Chef or one year as Pastry chef, coming from a high end, full service restaurant background, you will have good all round pastry skills including but not limited to plated desserts, petit four, ice cream, breads & pastries.
