Our client

Our client is a leading law firm with several offices in the Middle East. On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Western Patent Lawyer for their office in Dubai.

Role

Our client is looking for an experienced patent lawyer to join their team in Dubai. You will prepare, draft and file patents for the clients. You will also be involved to prosecute and enforce legal issues that might arise. You will draft complaints, petitions and also counterstatements.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized Western University
• At least 7 years PQE in IP law with focus on patent law within a leading law firm
• You are capable to work independently and also in a team
• You are self-motivated and a hard worker
• You are flexible and eager to learn
• Bilingual candidates (Arabic & English) preferred
