Job description / Role
My client, a Semi-Government owned hospital, located in Abu Dhabi are currently looking to recruit a Patient Experience Specialist to join their team.
The role consists of the following duties,
Report writing skills
Knowledge in SPSS data analysis program would be an advantage
Knowledge in creating, and conducting, and running questionnaires
People skills
Ability to work shifts
Have customer service skills (would be an advantage)
University graduate
Good in English (spoken and written)
People with sociology/psychology background would have an advantage
