The RoleThe RoleGeneral Purpose Perform accounting and clerical tasks in an effective and organized manner, maintaining accurate payroll processes and other related transactions. Tasks and Responsibilities Maintain log for Salary, HR Advance/loan and coordinate with HR and AP team for verification. Posting of advances Maintain monthly additions and deductions to be included in monthly payroll Collection of supporting documents confirming data for addition and deduction in payroll Maintain employee data in payroll system and reconcile to Oracle Coordination with other market sectors for changes to payroll Ensure that claims are supported with standard currency conversion rate Review of payslip’s before issue |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation and Experience Experience of working in payroll Proficient in data entry MS Office and knowledge of Oracle accounting software an advantage Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures an advantage Associate degree in Business or Accounting an advantage Preferred candidates currently based in UAE only Key Competencies Organization and ability to prioritize Attention to detail Confidentiality Teamwork Communication skills Information management skills Customer service orientation Problem-solving nature |
