Job description / Role
The candidate must have at least 5 7 years experience in hands-on payroll management for an employee base of 2000+ spread across MEA region. The candidate should demonstrate previous hands on experience in devising core HR systems / payroll / MIS reports for payroll including but not limited to competencies for parallel responsibility on routine HR operations. The position will report direct to Group HR Manager. Previous exposure to an HR ERP preferably Oracle is a must. Handling crew payroll will be an added advantage.
