Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a forward thinking and dynamic marketing company with a substantial presence in the Middle East. With a focus within the FMCG, retail and events marketplace and extensive business growth over the past 12 months, our client is looking to hire a Payroll Manager.
You will work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Specialist on salary benchmarking, salary surveys and market analysis to ensure that remuneration is in line with market standards. You will oversee the monthly payroll process whilst managing a small team who will assist with this process. This role will involve working with Managers on budgeting and forecasting as well as chasing payments and dealing with salaries and deductions on a monthly basis.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in an accounting or finance discipline and have more than 5 years experience in the payroll and accounts field. You should be a strong communicator and possess exceptional written and spoken English skills. Ideally you should be working in a multinational environment at present or have experience working within a global organisation. It is essential you have extensive knowledge of Excel and HRIS including PeopleSoft and other information management systems.
