The RoleThe RoleKey Responsibilities: * Payroll processing - as an end-to-end process each month * Review data, files and records in detail and ensure accuracy * Liaise between the Head Office and Branch Offices for collection of data and updation * Generate payroll documents, pay slips, etc. * All other associated work related to payroll processing and maintenance of records This is an IMMEDIATE OPENING. RequirementsRequirementsWork Experience: * 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Finance and Accounting functions with large and reputed organisation/s * Minimum 3 years of direct experience in processing payroll with a MNC in the gulf region (with 300+ manpower strength) * Exposure to multi-unit payroll processing (as a centralised payroll function) Education: * University Graduate in Commerce (or higher) * Diploma in Computer Applications * Proficiency in Ms Excel, Word * Knowledge of accounting software and ERP package will be an added Essential Attributes: * Analytical * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * A good team player * Excellent communication skill with good command in English - Age Limit - 34 years - Ample opportunity for career progression |
