Payroll Specialist

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a well known business based in Downtown Dubai. Our client has a landmark property within the city, and they currently have a requirement for a Payroll Specialist to join their thriving HR team in the Dubai office.

As Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining all payroll systems, as well as bonus, and multiple currency payments. You will be involved in the assessment and improvement of the payroll system, as well as report writing on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have more than four years experience working in a payroll department, with a strong working knowledge of all payroll processes, requirements and laws.

You should have a high level of professionalism and experience working within a multinational environment. You should hold a university Degree in an accounting or business related field. This is a demanding position that will require you to work as part of a large team, so a flexible and adaptable personality is essential.
