Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading FMCG company. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist to work closely with the Senior Payroll Manager.
This role will involve managing the complete payroll process and will require you to work independently covering the Gulf region.
You will manage the monthly payroll, entering validated payroll instructions into a payroll system, running system calculations and validating the output before timely submission to finance payroll for signoff. You will be responsible for the end-of-year service settlements, new starters / leavers, annual merit increases and bonus management. You will also prepare bonus calculations whilst working closely with line managers and the reward teams with regard to merit data. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for issuing pay letters, managing medical / life insurance and administering data to employees.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have UAE payroll experience within a multinational company. You should also be analytical and meticulous in your approach. It is essential you have a strong understanding of the UAE labour dynamics. Experience of independently managing or supervising payrolls is crucial for this role.
