Job description / Role
Our client is a MNC.
The role of team lead will be to ensure that all payroll under the Middle East North Africa region are correctly administered and processed with in the scheduled timeframes. Also to ensure primary obligations are met to pay employees on time and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the payroll manager
- Cover the following 11 countries: Oman, Egypt, Kuwait, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Qatar, UAE, Algeria, Yemen and Libya, which consists of around 8,500 employees
- All payroll from A-Z
- Monthly filing obligations for countries with tax and social security arrangements.
- Lead 3 payroll accountants, coaching & mentoring them
- Review each countrys payroll for efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify exposure and potential risks as well as drive forward new initiatives and configuration changes as required
Requirements
- This role will suit a strong people manager with a proven track record of staff management
- a minimum of 5 years solid experience in payroll in the MENA region.
- Dynamic individual who can think outside the box and continue to develop the payroll team
Salary AED 20k/month
