Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international company that specialises in business services to the energy sector.

- Supervise the payroll team operating from Dubai for various countries.
Take responsibility for processing the payroll of employees and the related invoices to the clients, in a timely and accurate manner, in multiple currencies and through different payment instrument
Ensures strong processes are in place in order to secure the financial operations:
- payslips to consultants in line with work contracts (rotations, working days, etc.), follow-up of any advance payment, retention bonus, end of service benefits, etc.
- invoices to client in line with client contract, according to terms & conditions in regard of services to recharge to client, pro-format,
- cash collection process in order to improve the DSO
- Give the best support and service to the internal customers (accounting team, financial controller, General Manager), offering the proper technical solution
- Maintain proper documentation of all kind of provisions linked to the business
- Monitor cash collection by maintaining good relationship with the clients, following up invoices from their processing to their payment (manual invoices, credit notes)
- Monitor relationships between employees for best service to them, remaining flexible inside strong processes
- Ensure compliance of Invoices and Payslips with local requirements together with the accounting department
- Comply with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures in all areas impacting the business, including, HSE, operational, commercial, financial, administrative and HR practices.
- Demonstrates zero tolerance to divergence. Highlights and requests correction, where necessary

Requirements

- CPA, CMA as a minimum
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in an international Company that is SOX compliant, and at least 3 years experience in the Middle East
- Management experience in payroll and administration is a must
- Experience of Accounts Receivables and cash management is an advantage
