The HR Information Services Manager (HRIS) will sit within HRConnect. HR Connect operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to a user base size of 10,000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim.

We are currently looking to hire a Pernsion Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that pension schemes operate effectively and sustainably for Emiratis and the GCC Nationals in the UAE

Your main responsibilities will include:

Strategy:
* Developing pension's policies and maintaining the pension scheme.
* Discussing and agreeing fund strategy with the Management
* Reviewing the fund's strategy and structure and making recommendations.
* Setting up and monitoring company investment strategies.

Administration:
* Ensuring that schemes operate effectively and meet performance, quality and complying with the government standards.
* Reading and absorbing a wide range of complex and detailed information related to any new legislation changes.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Monitoring changes in the legal situation for pensions providers and developments in pension provision in order to ensure the optimum performance of this investment.
* Recruiting, training and managing staff as well as supervising teams of pension administrators.

Communication:
* Managing the relationship between the employee and the Pension Department
* Meeting with and encouraging communication between employees, managers and government entities.
* Reporting to Management and advising them on the efficient management of the pension scheme.
* Developing information resources, such as leaflets and websites, for all Emiratis.

Requirements

* Good communication and problem solving skills.
* Sound and energetic communication skills
* High standard of personal organisation and responsibility
* Potential to break new ground to foster our Emirates
* Degree qualification in HR or Administration or extensive experience
* Business knowledge of Microsoft office, PowerPoint and Excel
