Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Performance Analyst- Sales & Distribution you will be responsible to create/deliver a full comprehensive sales dashboard, with covers all sales numbers, split of consumer and business. It should also cover direct and indirect channels, online, distributors, dealers etc, reporting against targets on channel, region, distributors, dealers etc. levels, and monitor the quality of acquisition and recommend areas of improvement, reporting on recharge numbers, through channels, regions, distributors, dealers ..etc, coordinating with DWH and other systems to insure reports availability and numbers for planning cycles and reporting on main activities that happens though channels in order to enhance efficiency and performance.

You will be responsible of assisting in delivering the reporting for consumer sales plans; ensure availability of dashboards and reports with focus on customer numbers and quality of acquisition. Reporting all channels and regional wise with support to VFP project as will, developing and implementing appropriate tracking models based to deliver the KPIs reporting for consumer's sales, analysing and providing insights around the effect of promotions, customer lifecycle, customer acquisition quality, and product penetration on the base, device and evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data, full responsibility to develop/enhance the sales reporting/dashboard, monitoring of market activities as will and communicating the daily/weekly/monthly reports to the management, sales management, segments, product management and all other concerned parties, sharing the info required finance reporting, network planning, and other internal and external entities.

Requirements

* You should have a bachelor degree with atleast 4 years of experience in sales performance analysis/ monitoring or in business & performance analysis with atleast 1-2 years of experience  planning (Preferred).
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent communications and negotiation skills
* Good project management skills
* Good supplier management skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Good written and spoken Arabic is desirable
