Job description / Role
Performance Appraisal Specialist
Successfully develop and implements a corporate Performance Management system.
Ensures all employees have the skills to undertake effective performance appraisal discussions and understand their role in the overall performance management process.
Designs and leads in-house training sessions on conducting one-to-one performance reviews.
Designs and leads workshops for managers and supervisors on performance management process and procedures.
Requirements
Relevant experience within the Oil & Gas sector with a minimum of 5 years in a Performance Management role.
Ideally degree qualified.
