Employment: Full Time

The Performance Lead assists the Wells Team to deliver simple, concise and systematic performance information for Global Wells Organization (GWO) in support of delivering the mission of safe, compliant, and reliable wells. The Performance Lead is the GWO regional lead for all GWO performance processes.

Critical challenges that impact the ability to deliver on prescribed accountabilities include:

* Accurate and timely delivery of wells data in conformance with the standard practices within GWO.
* Success is dependent on the Wells community conforming to applicable procedures.
* Differing levels of awareness and hence application of associated tools and processes.
* Provide direct supervisory oversight, direction and guidance to ensure the results of the technical data pertaining to wells is delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
* Leading the Performance engineer in the following areas:
Manage the assurance and accuracy of technical data pertaining to well activity within the OpenWells data system.
Act as primary OpenWells support to all staff within the organization
Provide QA/QC assurance of operational reporting of OpenWells data, key connection with the wells operations staff to ensure all wells activity is correctly represent the wells operations.
- Track and fix OpenWells errors on a daily basis. Communicate with rig site personnel to help in error resolution.
- Provide OpenWells training and mentoring to all staff within the organization.
Produce quarterly OpenWells Error Status reports for Leadership Team.
Prepare and update Wells Performance posters for new and current wells on a weekly ba
sis.
Support ad hoc requests pertaining to Open wells information to support the wells organization.
* Perform performance analysis in the following areas:
Manage the gathering of technical data pertaining to wells activity, develop tools to analyse data, analyse the data, and publish results of technical data to better understand wells performance.
Support the development of processes and tools to be used to bring a clear understanding around functional performance. Some of the tools and processes to be managed are the following:
- Technical Benchmarking
- Drilling
- Completions
- Interventions
- NPT
Technical KPI Reporting and Analysis
- PI Data (Wells Drilled/Completed/D10K)
- Production Reporting (Priority Wells, NWD, WW)
Key Functional Liaison to groups outside of wells (i.e. PSCM, S&OR etc.)
* Supports efforts to address ad hoc requests from the regional wells team, including the leadership team within the wells organization.
* Represents and stands in for the Regional Performance Manager as required.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering

Previous experience10 years in wells.

Previous experience (2 Years) in performance role in wells.

Experienced in MS Office applications or developed IT skills.
