Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a large (Semi-Government) manufacturing group company who are looking for a Performance Management Specialist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to Senior Manager Performance & Risk
- Identify areas of improvement in the Business operational areas and provide appropriate action plans
- Develop and implement performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency
- Analyze root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain documentations for problem identification , definition and solving procedures
- Review and recommend improvements to existing business programs
- Implement performance measures that develop and support the operation to identify inefficient / sub-optimal processes
- Monitor business performances and generate performance reports
- Responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling across the business with the objective of maximizing profits and minimizing risks and operational losses and for financial and marketing expenses
- Develop complex program models to extract data to acquire statistical and financial data to derive business performance

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in this area
- 3 - 6 years in a similar role.
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or MBA
- ACA / CIMA or CPA or ACCA qualified
- Six Sigma highly desired but not essential.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Advanced Excel and Financial modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business analysis and performance reporting skills
