Job description / Role
To monitor and support the Performance Management System in order to allow individuals to record and track their SMART objectives and competencies.
* Prepare the PMS System for the performance Appraisal based on approved plan.
* Prepare and update the documents for Zain Dialogue which describe the concept of SMART objectives & Dialogue and communicate the concerned employee.
* Prepare performance reports such as the weekly/monthly/yearly appraisal & low / high performers... etc.
* Communicate and follow up with the Human Resource Business Partner in the regions to ensure the completion of the probation period evaluation.
* Handling employee probation period evaluation issues with IT department.
Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ MISÂ or equivalent.
* Good Knowledge in Leaning & Development preferably in the field of performance management.
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc.
* Excellent command of both written and verbal Arabic and English.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Presentation Skills.

* Analytical Skills.
