Performance Manager (Female/Saudi only) for a Leading FMCG Company in KSA
A leading FMCG Company in KSA is looking for a Performance Manager (female) with a strong managerial background. This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organization, establish strong employee relations and improve existing processes.
The ideal candidate currently be in a similar role with a large leading organization.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in KSA (relevant experience in Manufacturing, FMCG)
- Minimum 2-3 years Performance Management Experience
- A strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
