The Permitting Manager will be responsible for handling all permits related to various projects. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following: • Preparing various permit submittal packages. • Maintaining ongoing knowledge of permit requirements for area jurisdictions. • Submitting and monitoring the progress of various permits submitted to area jurisdictions. • Organising and maintaining files relating to permit processes. • Researching jurisdictional permits and planning filing requirements. • Maintaining a database of critical jurisdictional decision makers. • Ability to analyze complex codes and ordinances. • Ability to read architectural and engineering plans. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: College degree in Architectural or Engineering related field, or a minimum of three years work experience or Technical School training. Fluency in Arabic and English is required for this role. Experience in the Gulf Region is a must. All applications will be treated confidentially. |
