The Role


The Role


The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the General Manager of the Bahrain Aviation Contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the General Manager, including diary management, official letters, emails, reports, minutes of meetings and maintenance of action registers.

He/She will be responsible for scheduling meetings and coordinating with the other Section Heads to ensure an efficient level of general office support activities, including filing systems, diary-keeping, stationery & meeting rooms management.They will also be responsible for monitoring time, attendance and holidays for the GM and Line Managers and coordinate with HR acting as a point of contact between staff and Employee Services, and Finance etc, to resolve staff concerns and questions.

• Higher Secondary or Higher with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative duties is a must (Middle East experience preferable).

• Proficient in Windows Operating System, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and knowledge of MS Access.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Solution oriented and service focused.

• Team player with strong analytical abilities and will be able to contribute to an active human resources and administration team.
