Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer and Toyota/BT material handling equipment.

Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the United Arab Emirates, and leads the rapid development of the country's automotive business, while continuing to contribute to Hino trucks and Toyota material handling equipment worldwide growth. To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, Al Futtaim Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centers throughout the UAE.

We are currently looking out for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant for Senior Management in Al-Futtaim Group

Your duties will include:

* Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials which are clear and easy to understand for meetings and presentations
* Show excellent organization skills by arranging and coordinating meetings and conferences
* Attending meetings making note of all relevant discussions and typing clear and concise minutes
* Coordinate diaries and arrange all business travel

Requirements

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

* Minimum secondary level of education, Degree holder would be preferable
* At least five years previous secretarial/administration experience
* Experience within a large multi-cultured organization - preferably within the head office
* Experience of working for senior management carrying our diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
* Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
* High computer literacy - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power point
* Presentable, not enforceable, calm, friendly, mature personality and experience dealing with senior management and VIPs
* Excellent organizational skills
* Discretion with confidential information
* UAE experience is a plus
