For this very well-respected and highly visible hospitality group, we are seeking a Personal Assistant to assist in the corporate office of the CEO. A market leader in the region, they are known for the outstanding service they provide to their guests and additionally the excellent working environment they provide for their employees.

Providing executive level PA support to the current Executive Assistant and indirectly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the day to day schedules of both individuals. Complex and ever changing diary management, travel management and personal administration will be a key focus of this role. You will be privy to large amounts of confidential information that will circulate from Board and Executive Management Committee meetings. This role incorporates large amounts of responsibility as you will be the first point of contact to the CEO’s office, ensuring the CEO’s day is optimized to the maximum.

The role will suit an enthusiastic, strategic and proactive individual who is ultimately a strong team player. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, offering creative solutions and managing day to day operations within the CEO’s Office. Possessing advanced MS Office skills and open communication as well as a polished and professional approach, this role would suit a candidate seeking to move from supporting middle management into the top management tier.

To be considered for the role, candidates must possess a high school diploma and have had at least three years administrative support experience, preferably in an MNC. Ideally the candidate will also have gained experience from working within a corporate organization in the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity with strong career prospects.
