Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established financial institution who are known for their innovation and customer focus. Our client is looking to hire a highly competent, experienced Personal Assistant to support the Senior Executive.
You will play a pivotal support role managing and coordinating this Senior Executives diary including the day-to-day operation of his department. You will maintain control of access, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the Senior Management team and interact with other direct reports in a mature and professional manner. You will quickly grasp complex issues and identify fast resolutions as well as produce highly accomplished correspondence and presentations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have senior level business support experience within banking or financial services. You should be proficient in all MS Office packages. You should also possess sound commercial acumen and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of business administration, ideally with international exposure alongside the ability to work in partnership with Senior Management.
In addition, you should be resourceful, independent, able to think laterally and have outstanding written and spoken English communication skills. Our client has stated a preference for a male candidate.
