Job description / Role
Our client a well know shipyard in Dubai are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support someone at VP level. The successful candidate must be a GCC national.
Salary flexible for the right person, 18,000 AED +
Role:
End to end management of client meetings including preparation, minute taking and follow up
Client and inter-departmental liaison
Marketing support
Diary management including arranging both internal and external meetings
Processing expenses and completion of expense claims and invoices
Regular interaction with assistants (internal and external companies) including coordinating conference calls with international offices and managing different time zones
Booking business travel and accommodation, visas, meeting rooms, conference calls, restaurants, cars etc
Printing, binding, scanning, gathering meeting materials
Assisting with PowerPoint presentations, formatting, creating slides
Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic
Demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business
Be extremely flexible and willing to learn
Be trustworthy, honest and have integrity
