Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintain scheduling and event calendar of the CEO/Managing Director.
- Manage appointments and coordinate meetings (Gather, compile, verify and analyze information to be used in preparing memos, letters, reports and presentation).
- Coordinate/ ensure travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond appropriately to all incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, email and other correspondences of the CEO/Managing Director as delegated.
- Attend meeting and take minutes of meetings.
- Generate reports and other administrative/technical support functions.
- Handling confidential information and maintain an effective filing system and security of records and files.
- Attend professionally to all telephone calls and visitors of CEO/Managing Director.
- Greet visitors and handle out-of-town visitor logistics.
- Maintain required level of confidentiality in handling business correspondence is a must.

Requirements

- Candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English / Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be presentable and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
