Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a property management and real-estate development company, based on the luxurious Palm Jumeirah. Our client is an SME with a growing portfolio in the UAE and due to company expansion they are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
This role will manage the personal and business diary of an exceptionally industrious and demanding individual. You will be responsible for organising emails, planning travel and arranging meetings both in the UAE and overseas. You will be dedicated, willing and prepared as you will be required to respond to queries outside of normal working hours.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant to a senior individual. It is essential you are fluent in Russian and possess excellent English language skills.
