Employment: Full Time

Our client a Healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/Secretary

Candidate would be responsible for providing high level secretarial support to the assigned office in addition providing Personal Administration Assistance to the CEO and DCEO as needed.

Job responsibilities
Scheduling – Controlling and providing services for all activities which affects the assigned office. Serving as primary contact for persons seeking appointment with the assigned office.

Correspondence – Opening and screening incoming mail and re-routing it to other units for action, where appropriate. Handling routine queries, maintaining confidentiality of information and correspondence you see or hear.

Documentation & Reporting – Providing information from one department to another as requested.

Administrative work – Handling minor administrative matters, based on knowledge and judgment of hospital regulations, procedures and policies. Completing project assignment as requested, providing assistance for activities such as coordination between various departments, reviewing reports, conducting studies and correspondence.

Secretarial duties – Maintaining internal schedules, arranging and facilitating meetings and scheduling, coordinating with participants. Coordinating administrative support for meetings, minute taking and transcribing notes. Data gathering from relevant source ad preparing charts and graphs for reports as directed.

Requirements

To be selected you must have the following skills and attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent. Desired secretarial school diploma (NLT 2 years curriculum) or equivalent or Maters degree in relevant field.
Required 3 years experience as Secretary or PA.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a health care environment.
