Job description / Role
The primary purpose for this position is to assist in all aspects of executive level support for the CEO, staff coordination and office management for the Fashion Department. The incumbent will perform a wide variety of organizational duties including the development and implementation of operational management procedures to ensure that office goals are met and may oversee other administrative staff.
•Provides a variety of support services to the CEO which include making appointments, arranging conferences and meetings, maintaining office records and dissemination of office instructions. Arranges meetings by reserving the space, setting the time, and contacting the individuals expected to attend. If necessary, arranges for transportation and lodging for participants. Transmits agenda and background materials to participants, advising them of topics to be discussed.
•Receives and reviews all correspondence for CEO. Replies to mail not requiring the CEO’s attention, routing all other matters to the appropriate subordinate unit. Maintains a sophisticated correspondence tracking system to ensure that deadlines are met and assignments are completed.

Requirements
•A Bachelor's Degree in International Business or Marketing and / or
•Extensive experience at a Senior Secretarial level within large scale fashion retailers with specific Office Operations experience
•Advanced level skills across the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•High level of interpersonal expertise and English communication both written and oral
•Builds and maintains relationships and networks effectively with internal and external contacts and organizations.
•Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
